The Management of Quality is fundamental to the delivery of our projects and services, and is practiced in the daily activities of all our staff.
The Partners are totally committed to the principles of QM and believe that quality is enhanced by working in a systematic manner to formal procedures developed to eliminate the occurrence of deficiencies. This minimizes the risk of dissatisfied clients and possible financial disputes. Uniformity of working methods and procedures relating to critical activities are therefore fundamental to the achievement of quality in our designs.
The Quality Working Group is responsible for ensuring that QM procedures are implemented consistently and are regularly reviewed to reflect the current requirements of our clients and of Hoare Lea. All staff are responsible for implementing these procedures, integrating their requirements into regular working practices, and for ensuring that all such practices are clearly documented and demonstrable.
