Whilst at Bath University I did work placements with a consultancy and a local authority, I decided that consultancy suited me better and after graduating joined a multi disciplinary practice in Hampshire. I stayed in consultancy and joined Hoare Lea as an Executive Engineer. I now work across a number of sectors in Hoare Lea's Poole office, which is in a part of the country I love.

Being a Partner of Hoare Lea is a great place to be; every day seems to involve a different challenge. It's also a great time to be a building services engineer, we have an important role to play in the drive towards reducing carbon emissions and more and more people are taking a keen interest in what we do.
