Prior to joining Hoare Lea in 1996 I had worked in building services for 12 years, gaining invaluable experience on large projects in India and Iraq, nationwide projects for retail chains and complex pharmaceutical projects.

My motivation for joining Hoare Lea was to realise my personal aspiration for reaching a senior position in a large organisation of significant repute - accomplishing this in May 2008 when I was promoted to Managing Partner of the Manchester Office.

Throughout my career my focus has been on attention to detail, a keenness to understand fully the client's agenda and a desire to move forward the technical merits and reputation of Building Services.
