After working in the public sector as an engineer for ten years I joined Hoare Lea in 1989 where I felt life would be more dynamic, and I was right. I initially joined the firm in Hoare Lea's Bristol office, and then moved to the Cardiff office, where I am now Managing Partner.

I come from a family of engineers so I guess it's in the blood. My areas of specialist expertise include stadium, sports facilities, commercial offices and healthcare. I really enjoy the construction industry where you meet exciting people, see lots of interesting places and hopefully have a laugh along the way.
