I enjoyed Maths and Physics at school and my Father worked in the building industry so I followed my interests and graduated from Manchester University with an MSc in Building Services Engineering. I joined Hoare Lea in 1985 and was promoted to Equity Partner in 1991. From 1987 to 2008 I was the Managing Partner of Manchester office. I am currently a member of the Executive and Management Boards and Chairman of the HR Group

I have been with Hoare Lea for over 20 years now and it's given me the opportunity to be involved in some of the most prestigious building projects being undertaken in the UK.
