I enjoy taking a holistic approach to designing buildings - particularly around the introduction of sustainable measures. I am a firm believer in both elements of my profession - we engineer well designed, thoughtful and functional buildings - but we also consult. Communication is vitally important to our industry!

I have over 20 years experience of consulting and engineering with Hoare Lea covering most sectors within our industry. I have focused in the last 10 years on science and research especially the overlap with education.

Latterly, I have taken Board responsibility for the Firm's marketing group, and the strategic development of the Oxford office.
