One New Change was announced the winner of the ‘Shopping - Built’ category at the first ever New London Awards. The winners were revealed on Tuesday 12 July at London’s Guildhall and a total of 23 prizes were handed out. The awards celebrate the capital’s best projects – both complete and on the drawing board – from across 12 sectors. They give recognition to the impact projects have on their surroundings and their contribution to London, as well as their architectural quality.
We designed the office and retail MEP systems for One New Change and provided specialist advice regarding vertical transportation, together with sustainability and energy systems expertise.
The development has won numerous awards since it opened in October 2010 including MIPIM, LDSA and RIBA awards. It was also featured The Apprentice on BBC1 on 13 July.
