Hoare Lea has launched its 2012 Graduate and Placement Campaign in a search for the next intake of future engineering talent. The campaign for graduates and placements is an important activity for the firm, focused on sustaining a pipeline of great engineers to continue the firm’s long established reputation for quality and excellence.
Hoare Lea have a highly regarded and accredited graduate training programme which has allowed the firm to continue to attract and develop some of the best engineers in the industry. Placements get the opportunity to get hands-on experience too during what is normally a summer placement, getting involved with design on projects from day one.
Each year around 50 graduates and placements secure a place with the firm, specialising in building services - mechanical, electrical or a specialist design engineering.
With such a long established reputation of graduate and placement recruitment, a vast number of applications are received each year, many from the 37 target universities that Hoare Lea works with to attract the UK’s finest.
This year the closing date for applications is 13 January 2012.
