Hoare Lea is pleased to announce that Matthew Warner, BEng (Hons) CEng MCIBSE MIET, has accepted an invitation to join the Partnership.
Matthew joined Hoare Lea in 1998, having gained a degree in Building Services Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST). He has more than 17 years' experience in environmental engineering building design, with particular expertise in office and residential schemes. Matthew is based in Hoare Lea's London office and is the firm's sector champion for student accommodation.
Projects include a new £19.3m student accommodation development at 14 Fieldgate Street, London, comprising 339 student rooms, residential apartments and retail space; the American Express Head Office in Brighton; Merchant Square, a residential, office and retail scheme in Paddington, London; and the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which is set to become one of the biggest financial centres in the Middle East.
