Our core expertise of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design enables us to provide high quality solutions in all of our international locations. We also have specialist services to support every aspect of the built environment brief and can offer advice in many complex areas of design, construction and operation, including sustainability advice within the frameworks of LEED, BREEAM, Estidama and QSAS.

We work on projects across all main market sectors, ranging from simple feasibility studies to the detailed design of multibillion dollar projects. We are using Revit MEP to deliver collaborative BIM solutions for an ever-increasing number of projects. We make extensive use of data rich 3D models throughout the life cycle of the building to assist with coordination and project delivery.

Hoare Lea is an active member of the British Council for Offices in Qatar, focused on providing high quality, high performance and cost-effective commercial buildings. We also serve on the committee of the Middle East Council for Offices, a research group that aims to promote good practice in office design within the MENA region.
