We have an annual intake of graduates and run a structured Initial Professional Development (IPD) scheme for those pursuing CEng or IEng status. This scheme is accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). The scheme includes learning events and participation in online learning programmes, with individual support provided by mentors and supervisors.
