Hoare Lea has maintained an office in Plymouth since 1951, and has developed a strong reputation within the region for award-winning projects.

Having recently relocated to the historic Mills Bakery in the Royal William Yard, our office is situated within the former bakery, providing an exceptional working environment and a brilliant team atmosphere.

In addition to working on the Mills Bakery development, which we now occupy, the Plymouth office has worked on many innovative developments, such as the Scarlet Hotel in Cornwall and the JCB Academy in Rocester.
