Managing Partner: Mark Hagger

Hoare Lea has maintained an office in Manchester for many years and has developed many strong and long-lived relationships with clients across the region. As the most northerly positioned office, the Manchester offices works on a variety of projects such as the Lancaster Institute of Contemporary Arts (LICA) the first educational building to receiving a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating.

However, like all of our offices, the Manchester office isn’t restricted to its immediate locale, and has worked on projects both across the country and internationally.
