Managing Partner: Gary Andrews

As the first Hoare Lea office to be established by Henry Lea in 1862, Hoare Lea has a long-standing history within Birmingham of almost 150 years.

Having recently relocated to grade A offices of Fifty4 Hagley Road, in Edgbaston, our office benefits from a bright vibrant central reception area, an open plan kitchenette, showers, cycle racks and improved disabled facilities.

Our extensive history within the city has allowed us to work on some fantastic projects, including The Cube and the Birmingham New Street Station redevelopment. We also work on high-profile projects in cities across the UK, such as the recently completed NEO Bankside development, which sits next to the Tate Modern in London.
