Summer placements are generally available for undergraduates, and sponsorship opportunities may be available following completion of a summer placement.
Traditionally, each year we have graduate vacancies for mechanical and electrical engineers as well as more specialist roles across most of our offices. We look for applications from graduates - or those expecting to graduate - from an IET, IMechE or CIBSE accredited MEng or BEng degree, or similar, in an appropriate subject.
We are also keen to appoint experienced engineers who can bring skills already developed within their specialist area.
For specialists who join us from non-engineering backgrounds, we encourage progression in the same way and the same career path is followed. A number of professionals work across other specialist and support functions, including administration, IT, finance, HR and marketing. Our flexible approach to career development nurtures talent and ambition, while our collaborative style ensures a positive working experience.
