As a graduate trainee you will be a member of a project design team from the outset, and be an active, fee-earning member of the office. We work with leading architectural practices on many of the UK’s most prestigious construction projects and you will be a valued member of the teams involved in delivering on these projects.
A combination of formal training, mentoring, supervision and commercial experience will help you gain the skills you need as your career develops and you take on more responsibility.
