Our highly regarded Initial Professional Development scheme is for graduate engineers pursuing Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer status. This scheme provides a structured approach to development and is accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) making it one of the best development opportunities in the industry.
On the scheme you will receive on-the-job training as part of a design team; a comprehensive two-year lecture programme focused on technical, management and communication subjects, and construction site experience. A management structure is in place to direct the scheme, supported by some of the most experienced people in the business, who will be there to mentor and guide you. We continually look at ways to improve the scheme and have recently established an exchange programme with one of the UK's leading architectural practices.
