This scheme provides a structured approach to development and is accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) making it one of the best development opportunities in the industry.
On the scheme you will receive on-the-job training as part of a design team; a programme of learning support focused on technical, management and communication subjects, and construction site experience.
